  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 days  to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Options

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement is not available, a refund may be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days  of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos of the product as proof
  • After verification, we will arrange:
    • A replacement, or
    • A full refund (as applicable)

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
  • Clearance or final sale items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The product is defective
    • The wrong item was delivered
  • In eligible cases, we may cover or reimburse return shipping charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
